Numbers were always more than just figures to me—they told stories. The foundation of my love for accounting and finance was laid down in high school, which eventually led me to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting. I was fascinated by how the structures of accounting and finance are the backbone of every business.
My first encounter with cloud-based accounting systems was at university. Completing the Sage Business Cloud Accounting training was my first step in integrating cloud-based technology with traditional accounting. As a certified advisor for Sage Business Cloud accounting and Xero, I have practical experience in financial management systems and I am committed to driving reporting accuracy and efficiency. My mission is to empower small businesses with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate their financial management confidently.
I am always on an adventure to learn new skills and enhance my knowledge. I hold a Google Cloud Data Analytics Certificate which equipped me with foundational data analytics skills, including basic SQL, data cleaning, data visualization and business intelligence. I also enhanced my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills by completing a job simulation involving risk assessment and management for Goldman Sachs' risk team.
I am open to opportunities where I can apply my academic knowledge and skills to contribute to organizational growth.
